Snobal Adds VR Deep Linking Feature On Its Enterprise Metaverse Platform Enabling Infinite Connected Virtual Workspaces

Connected VR apps or deep-linking comes to Snobal

Snobal, the enterprise workplace platform has launched the ability to run connected VR apps from within its workplace metaverse platform.

The release, currently in beta, enables users a more seamless and useful immersive experience. It also enables organizations the ability to better use VR for learning and assessment, collaboration, and customer engagement.

The need

We all know the metaverse is evolving fast but there are still many challenges to overcome in ensuring true connected virtual experiences for users.  

One of the key challenges to date has been how best to enable users to experience connected virtual experiences where they can move seamlessly from one VR app to another.

Deep-linking or connecting VR apps is the solution.

What is deep-linking?

Deep-linking enables two separate VR apps to be connected to each other enabling a user to join both apps from the one place on the Snobal platform.

For example, it enables organizations to have their employees and customers jump into their virtual workplace on Snobal and when they are ready to launch and access other VR apps from within their virtual workplace.

Why is deep-linking on Snobal exciting for organizations?

• Organizations can create virtual learning experiences and have trainees or students jump into a training assessment app built using the Snobal SDK;

• Learning or training assessment results are reported at runtime for accreditation and aggregation;

• Users can move seamlessly from one connected virtual space to another;

• Provides customers and/or their third-party VR app content creators with the ability to build and deploy their VR apps from Snobal facilitating new customer business revenue models.
